VMOU Online Admission 2025

VMOU is accepting applications for admission. Students can apply by visiting the official website of Vardhman Mahaveer Open University. This University offers courses on almost all levels, including undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, educational, master’s, management, and certificate levels. Some of the courses that it offers are Bachelor’s in Library & Information Science, Certificate in Falit Jyotish, Diploma in Computer Applications, Bachelor of Education, Master of Business Administration, etc. These courses are available in various specializations.  

Admissions in this course are merit-based. Students are judged on their past performance. There is no upper age limit for admission. The entire application process is done online. The fee structure is quite affordable for students as this university is government-backed. There is no Entrance Exam required for this course. VMOU Admission 2025 UG

Vardhman Mahaveer Open University offers many courses to students. There are many courses available at the undergraduate level, such as Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Library & Information Science, Bachelor of Journalism, and Bachelor of Science. The average duration of a bachelor’s degree is 3 years. This year is divided into 6 semesters. Students have to successfully pass them individually to complete the course. 

The minimum eligibility for admission in an undergraduate program is 10+2. From any recognized board, students have to pass their senior secondary (10+2), or they must have passed from VMOU in BAP, BCP, BSCP, or equivalent. Students must have obtained at least 45% marks. Reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) may get some relaxation in the marks requirements. Some have different requirements as certain subjects, marks, or streams. Programs at the UG level are offered in various specializations. There are 7 courses available at the bachelor’s level. All study material for these courses is provided online. 

VMOU Admission 2025 PG

Vardhman Mahaveer Open University offers more than 15 courses in its postgraduate degree. They offer courses like Master of Arts, Master of Commerce, and Master of Science. There are many specializations available in these programs. The minimum duration of these courses is 24 months (2 years), and the maximum duration is 48 months (4 years). 

The minimum eligibility requirements for admission in these programs are a Bachelor’s degree. Anyone who graduates with a bachelor’s degree (minimum TDC) from any recognized university or its equivalent. Students must have obtained at least Second Division in the course. Some courses, such as the Master of Science, may require a bachelor’s degree in Science. For specializations such as Chemistry, Botany, students must have studied that particular subject.

VMOU Admission Process

VMOU has a very simple and easy-to-follow admission process. All candidates have to do is follow the step-by-step guide and get admission successfully.

Step 1: First, students need to get themselves registered on the Official Website of Vardhman Mahaveer Open University. To register yourself, head to the official site of VMOU.

Step 2: Register yourself as a new user. Fill in your Name, Email Address, and Phone No. You will get a link or otp, use it to create a new account. Log in using your newly created credentials.

Step 3: Fill in the Application form. Provide all the right information and fill in all the relevant fields. The form will require you to fill in academic, personal, and course preferences information. Fill it carefully. 

Step 4: Next, you will be required to provide all required documents. You will need to upload all original documents. Scan them and upload them in the right size and right format.

Step 5: You will be required to pay the Application Fees. As of now, VMOU is not accepting debit cards. Students can apply using other methods, such as a Credit Card and Net Banking. The registration fee is around Rs. 200/-.

Step 6: Review your form and submit it online. Make sure that there are no mistakes. Finally, submit it online. Download and print out a copy of the Application form and fee receipt.

Step 7: Wait for admission confirmation. You will be informed via email. You can also check your application status on Student Login.
