Step 1: Create ABC and DEB IDs. Go to your Digilocker account. Follow the instructions and generate your ABC and DEB ID. You will need it while registering.
Step 2: Go to the Official authorized portal of UPRTOU and log in.

Step 4: Log in by using your newly created ID so that you can begin to fill in the application form.

Step 7: In the next step, all your documents need to be uploaded. Scan all your documents, originals, and upload them to the site with the right format and size (KB/MB).
Step 8: Once all your documents are uploaded properly, you will be, next, required to pay the application fees next. Pay it online by using the UPI, Debit/Credit card, or Net Banking.
Step 9: Review your form based on the correct information. Check your form to see any discrepancies and modify it before finally submitting.
